Authors economic rights are form of regulations that intentionally had to allow authors earn money for their work.

However, they are not property rights. They don't allow people to use owned by them property.

Instead, they make all other people unable to use their property, including their bodies, devices, instruments in the way they want.

Intellectual rights gives more earning to some authors. Only people, who want and can spend a lot of money on lawyers can enforce other people to don't use their property in the way they want, with consequences comparable to criminal acts.

Intellectual goods are not goods in the economic meaning. They are form of monopol described above. No one is hurt in process of sharing informations, no one looses anything (except energy used for sharing informations); informations, ideals can be copied without using additional mattery, especially mattery owned by person who claims it has "intellectual rights", which means they cannot be subject of scarcity.

As they cannot be subject of scarcity, they don't not have to be regulated as property to avoid conflicts.

Conflicts only will happen, when people that claim they have monopol don't want other people to do something which breaks it. People who claim they have monopol for ideals should have no rights and social acception for their actions. They are reasons for conflicts. They should be subject of social ostracism.

Pro "intellectual rights" people are well organised, they have many organisations around the world terrorising citizens of many countries.

It is time to organise as well, to counter their monopolistic ambitions.
